A break for those sick of my writing rules. This is an interesting tip from one of the best TV shows ever produced; The Wire. God still resides in the details … My last rant has taken me places I didn’t mean to go, but the ramblings of an insane woman are backed up in my favourite online place: Google.
You can Google anything, it’s a verb, a noun, and can even be an adjective in the right circumstances. Much like another of my favourite words; you know the one that starts with the letter F and sounds like duck. I still write letters; on paper.
I write with a fountain pen and cannot resist a beautiful notebook. I’ve been writing my whole life and, while I love the ease of technology, there are some pitfalls to it. Last summer there was this really great song buzzing around in my head. Yeah, it was misogynistic to sing along to Blurred Lines, but Robin Thicke isn’t really revelling in record sales right now. So … karma?
NOTE: I've been writing like a maniac for a bunch of amazing clients. One of my favourite groups to work with is DC Design House here in St. John's. They've been keeping me busy, so I put them to work. Check out this excellent guest post by Melissa Hogan, blogger extraordinaire on trends and how to use 'em to your advantage in content creation.
